Services

Hi, I’m Holly
I am a qualified and accredited clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience. I offer psychological therapy in Wokingham, supporting clients across Berkshire and online.
I work with children, teenagers, adults and families, providing evidence-based psychological therapy that is thoughtful, collaborative and tailored to the individual. My approach is integrative, drawing on attachment theory, neurobiology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), emotional regulation and a relationship-based approach.
I have a particular passion and special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including autistic people, people with ADHD, and those who recognise neurodivergent experiences in themselves, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis. My work is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based and respectful of individual differences, while supporting emotional wellbeing and everyday challenges.
I support people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship and adjustment difficulties, as well as concerns related to neurodevelopmental differences.
Therapy is offered in a safe, compassionate and trauma-informed way, with sessions adapted to each person’s needs, stage of development and goals.

Hi, I’m Ruvimbo
Ruvimbo is a qualified CBT therapist and mental health nurse, with extensive experience working within NHS mental health services. She supports children, young people, families and adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
Ruvimbo works in a warm, collaborative and evidence-based way, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and adapting her approach to suit each individual’s needs, strengths and stage of life. She has experience working with neurodivergent clients, including autistic people and people with ADHD, and is thoughtful in adapting therapy to different ways of thinking, processing and communicating.
When working with children and young people, Ruvimbo also draws on her training in Behavioural Family Therapy (BFT), supporting families to strengthen understanding, communication and emotional connection.
Her background as a mental health nurse alongside her therapy training provides a strong foundation for working with complex presentations, risk, and the wider systems that can influence mental wellbeing.
